For this contest I'd like everyone to choose a superhero (or villain) and re-imagine the character in a different historical time period.

Here are some examples of what I mean:

Marvel 1602 - Fantastic Four, Daredevil, Dr Strange, Thor

Batman - Prehistoric, Puritan, Pirate, Wild West, Noir Detective

Iron Man - Medieval, Egyptian, Roman, Samurai

Deadline is 14th February

Oh heck yeah.

EDIT:  This one is going to be tough.  So many different ways to do this and so many different time periods that I like.  Should I be humorous or hardcore?  Lots of things to consider here...

This is a really cool idea!  Is it just one character we can do in a pic or could it be two?

@payno: ah 1602 was great mini series and concept. This should be a lotta fun.
We get to practice the future all the time with the 2099 but now we get to play a little with the past, good one :)

Even if I knew it was going to break my hand... Even out of fear of what she was going to do next, I don't think I could stop myself from giving Jen a slap on the ass.  : )

@IcePrince_X: Lady Dinah, now that is instant classic. Very beautiful face you did on this one.

@SteveRodgers: awesome direction, the Question in Vietnam would make a killer elseworld, I'd buy it.

@DomDom: wouldn't be a party if you didn't get your Gambit fix in eh :)
Love how you characterized it to the wild west, really has that 'gritty' kind of feel.

@Xavier St. Cloud: love it, damn you went ALL the way back in time. Very creative.

Thanks... I was taking a risk on this one... Some people might not like the underline content... I think as a whole however the event of The Garden is a huge part of Art hisory... All of my favorites have done a painting on this subject matter, so I just thought I would add my spin.  I am very happy you liked it, and saw it for what it was, my creativity.  : )

yea I'm not one to get too caught up in underlying meanings. You're absolutely right, it's a scene so classic in art some might say it's the first scene ever made :)
Using T'challa and Ororo was slick choices. They fit very well in that idea.

Apocalypse in the Garden of bliss with T'challa and Ororo would be a very creative and fun story IMO... I am happy you agree.   I like the creativity on this site, there is alot of talent here.

My Official Entry

Lady Dinah Drake aka The Black Canary of Casadonia

Born mute but of Royal Blood from the House of the Drakes, Dinah is the only child of Sir Lark Lance and Lady Laurelia. As a child, she developed a special skill in using the flute and the lyre that can have different effects on those who can hear it. So even when she can not speak, her music can convey how she feels. She uses the lyre to affect a large number of people while the flute is used for specific target.
Even though her royalty affects her everyday life, she will always sneak out and become the Black Canary, a heroine who protects the weak from the oppressor.
