It's a good start! Maybe the proportions could use some slight work, if you're looking for improvement. But it's quite cool :)

This is tremendous work as usual TheAcidSkull! There isn't really much i could add. Though do you have access to a photocopier or maybe scanner? One thing you might want to try is expand on your artistic skills. We can see with your picture that you have great line work. Thats the structure and pencil marks - very solid and very structural? Gives shape to the drawing, you have talent there. Something you might want to add on is some shading?
So just think of the chest muscle? Your character is huge and strong, and another way to demonstrate that bulging strong muscle is to add some shading - and if you think about muscles, that tend to come on rough geometric shapes, spheres and oval shapes and so on? So thats how you would add shadow - doing this should give your drawing more grunt and more realism as well as more depth. Oh and often adds intensity too. If you can, its sometimes fun having your original drawing and then a photocopy version where you just add shading on top of? (why I mentioned photocopier)
Main thing, great line work and great details like scars and expressions! Great stuff!

thanks again :D
I cannot believe you hid this from me.
I shall take the holidays to consider an appropriate punishment but until then, I will thank you for sharing your art. I am the opposite of an artist --- I am required to keep my hands in full view when browsing through an Art Gallery because of how dangerous they can be so I can't give you any worthwhile advice outside of continue with this, you clearly have an enthusiasm and ability to match.
:)
Keep it up, dude. You're great for a starting guy.

Thank you very very much :), but.....your not grounding me are ya? NO!! I WON"T SURRENDER !
Wow dude! An artist on top of everything else? Truly a man of many talents! ;) Seriously though, just for starting out, your work already shows plenty of potential. I recommend studying human anatomy, learn how the body moves, shapes itself in certain positions and just practice, practice, practice! Don't become discouraged and you can only continue to improve!
