the Battle Contest is for artists to draw the two comic characters fighting each other, and the if you win then you create the next thread, much like the other Showoff Threads.
and the level system is for completing quests.

yeah, any contribution is good. i've realized in my time here that the artist show off forum has run low on enthusiasm. I'll be posting some promo pics for my comic company as soon as their done. we color in photoshop. there are some good tutorials on the internet.
Here's my entry so far. The pencils don't show up well because my scanner is crap. I'm gonna ink it tomorrow, but here it is in case I don't finish in time.

Hey thanks, I try to put effort into it and I am glad you liked it. This has been a great place for encouragement for each other and I hope others can get as much out of this experience as it has helped me and having fun at it to boot....
