Batman Beyond: MS paint.

so, i decided to go kind of abstract with this one.
not very good, but had fun making it.

cool how you made the city all trippy with the different colors.

His wings look like their going kinda blurry like he's going Super fast... Whether that was intentional or not I think it looks cool.
