It's hard to believe a week has gone by already since the last installment. This is the point in the week we look back at all the really cool comic art artists have posted on their blogs, Tumblrs and Twitter pages. Artists often do sketches for fun or commissions and it gives us the chance to see their take on characters they might not normally work on. Many artists also arrange commissions through their sites so be sure to check them out for more information.

Last week Todd Nauck was at the Long Beach Comic & Horror Con. He did several commissions there and posted a bunch on his Tumblr.

Dustin Nguyen was also at Long Beach and here's another sketch with a candid moment between Batman and Nightwing posted on his Tumblr.

Joel Gomez was doing commissions at Long Beach as well. He's also working on sketches for the UpperDeck/Marvel 2012 Premier Sketch Card Set. Here's what he posted on his Tumblr this week.

I finally got to meet Mike McKone in person last weekend at Long Beach. He's a great guy. Check out these sketches he posted on on his TwitPic page.

You'll see another piece from those four and more at the end of this post.

I always say I want to see more from Marcio Takara. Sounds like he might be doing a two-issue stint on THE FLASH as Francis Manapul takes a couple issues off. Here's a couple sketches he posted on his Tumblr. The first we saw just the penciled version last week.

Denis Medri posted another Rockabilly Batman piece and a Conan one on his Deviant Art Page this week.

Skottie Young has done some Harry Potter sketches in the past. He posted some more 'daily sketches' which later go on sale on this site this week. I'd definitely read a Harry Potter comic drawn by Skottie.

Adam Kubert posted some commissions on his Tumblr this week as well.

Daniel HDR posted a few more commissions on his Tumblr.

Chris Giarrusso posted a couple sketches on his site this week. I always dig his take on the heroes but love it when he posts the classic monsters as well.

Cameron Stewart posted a few commissions on his Instagram this week.

Brett Booth has been working on some Death of the Family TEEN TITANS issues. Here's a Joker sketch he did last week and posted on his blog.

Michael Walsh has a comic coming out from Image this month, COMEBACK. Make sure to ask your local comic shop for it. Here's a couple commissions he posted on his Tumblr.

Paolo Rivera often posts commissions and other behind the scenes posts about his works on his blog. Check out this Wonder Woman commission he recently did.

I died a little of hilarity at seeing Joker tormenting the teddy.

Although I wonder if it's Ted the Teddy Bear he's torturing. O_o

The Joker ones with the teddy bears are awesome, and that Wonder Woman one with the skeleton face...

I think it's gorgeous.

As usual, all the art is really good, but Skottie Young's Bellatrix LeStrange and Mad Eye Moody are AMAZING. I also really like Brett Booth's Joker.

@fluffypigeons: I was wondering the same thing, but I think Nuack is the same guy who did an Avengers cover with Batman on it, so his mind obviously works in special ways. (chuckles)

@fluffypigeons: I have an Avengers issue with Power Girl by Amanda Conner on the cover. The blank covers are blank because anyone can draw whatever they want to on them. Trust me, the comics don't care. xD

My idea for the Joker with a teddy bear would have been that he actually shows kindness to the bear, love and tenderness that he never shows somehow is brought out of him by this stuffed teddy bear.

AWESOME pictures. I love these articles because I save all the pictures as reference. Thanks Tony.

The Mystery Art Challenge pics are awesome. Snyder should let all the bears appear and die in Death of the Family. Oops!

Stewart's Ivy and Booth's Joker take the cake. However, Dick's lament to Bruce is rather funny....

The Batman/Nightwing one is neato. I mean, they all are but I do enjoy a dismissive Batman.

I continue to enjoy Takara's crisp lines and very sleek female characters, love that style. Incredible work to say the least. Cameron Stewart, I love his work here as well, love the poses, facial expressions and the colors are outstanding. Brett Booth..sheesh...damn that's beautiful, as always. I really like Walsh's work as well, the bold action really jumps out at you.

Again, all the artists are outstanding, really enjoy these every week.
