@paul3001: I do mostly use the same because they are the ones that add new sketches to their sites. I've said before people can send me links to another artist's site if I'm just unaware. But comic artists are busy am not all have time to update or do random sketches. These are all new sketches added during the week.
Awesome Art Picks: Jean Grey, Magik, Rocket Raccoon and More
@deranged_midget: Well in the November solicits for Batman/Superman it clearly shows Brett Booth as the artist. Plus he had an interview announcing him coming on the title and he explained how he will do one arc and then Jae Lee will do the next then he'll do the one after that and so on and so forth.
Ah gotcha. Well I'm glad that Jae Lee will decide to stay on the book for the foreseeable future. It's interesting though because I feel Lee's art really compliments Pak's writing at the moment for that unique tone the book brings. Interested to see Booth and Pak continue that or if they change up that tone per arc.
@deranged_midget: He said Pak writes to the strength of both artists so it will most likely change in style of writing and be more Action oriented with Booth. Which isn't bad as Pak used to change up the style of writing in his Hulk run alot and whenever Paul Pelletier was the artist you could bet there was going to be plenty of epic action with an amazing story.
Btw what did you think of the Darkseid issue. I loved it but felt it was a little rushed at times and the art wasn't as great as I hoped it was going to be but it was still overall a fantastic issue.
@theincrediblesuperhulk8642: I thought it was quite a solid issue! Nothing ground-breaking but some interesting insight into a new origin story for Darkseid I guess. Like many other reviewers pointed it, the whole thing felt a little too compact :P

Yeah I feel the same. It should've been a little larger some extra pages were definitely needed the book jumped from his origin to him killing hundreds of Supermen pretty quickly and I got lost for a bit. But it's still a very solid issue and i'm hyped for Zod and Doomsday now.
thanks for the follow :)
@theincrediblesuperhulk8642: You are very welcome!
I've actually enjoyed Cyborg Superman quite a bit! Interested to see how Zod and Doomsday are handled! Bizarro's issue wasn't even really about Bizarro :P
@deranged_midget: :)
I've heard mixed feelings about it but I'm not following Supergirl so :/ Zod and Doomsday seem amazing (they've released a preview for Zod btw) and I can't wait to see what Pak has planned for them he seems to be seeding plot points for a big Superman story in Darkseid, I hope that continues in Zod, Doomsday and in his Batman/Superman and Action runs. He has said that their will be a connection between Zod, Doomsday and Darkseid though i'm interested to see what that connection is. That's disappointing I was pondering one getting it since I love Bizarro and am a fan of what Sholly Fisch did with his Action back ups is it still any good though.
@theincrediblesuperhulk8642: Yeah, I honestly cannot wait for Pak to pick up on Action Comics. It will be interesting to see if he ever intertwines the two titles but honestly, I'm kind of fatigued from events, regardless of the size, constantly connecting with each other. I'd prefer finely tuned and fresh stand-alone arcs for a bit. A nice breather from the constant rush of these nearly pointless large scale events lately.

I can't wait either I think he's a perfect successor to Morrison and a great pick to stand next to Scott Snyder with Unchained. I agree but with that I wouldn't mind. Pak isn't a crossover heavy type of guy he isn't Hickman, Bendis, Johns, Snyer etc. He usually rarely has an event. looking back on his Hulk run the only events he did was World War Hulk and WWHulks/Fall of the Hulks but he had it tie in to Chaos War. And for his Hercules run he did Chaos War and had it tie in to Fear Itself. not much when you think about it.
@theincrediblesuperhulk8642: True true. That's why I've become increasingly unimpressed with Marvel and DC lately. Instead of focusing on smaller scale, character developmental arcs. They toss all their chips into large scale events. It's annoying really. It's as if they think their characters aren't interesting enough by their lonesome.

Yeah I feel it's mostly due to the popularity spike for the Avengers and Justice League. I can't really blame them. I haven't been disappointed yet though since I've loved Throne of Atlantis and Trinity War and am really liking Forever Evil so far from DC and Infinity has been pretty good from Marvel. If they keep this track record i'm fine with them doing these crossovers/events but I agree not as frequently as they do now it feels a bit too much.
@theincrediblesuperhulk8642: I haven't really been disappointed with much lately but nothing has blown me away either. My favourite from DC is probably Throne of Atlantis because I liked the focus on Arthur and Trinity War started out great but really died down at the end.
Everything Raney does looks great in black and white, but that wolverine is unbelievable. I can really feel the pain and rage just by looking into Logan's eyes. The art this week seems a little better than usual but Raney stands out even during a standout week. He should really consider doing an entire black and white issue/series.

Well Throne of Atlantis was pretty amazing. I found the end of Trinity War to be it's strongest point. Although Throne of Atlantis was better.
