Yeah, so while I was away, I managed to get my degree in animation. At another user's request, I'm going to show some of my work. My portfolio and website are still a work in progress, and I'm still trying to find a job in the industry. But, in the meantime, this is what I have.
Animation!
@static_shock: Make me a gif. lmao
@frozen: It was my old avatar. I just remembered that. But, the first animation took me two weeks to do. The second one took me a week or so. The next took a few days. The last one took eight hours.
This is great!
@static_shock: Great work man! Is the first video a completed work or is it in progress? Either way I know how tedious animation can be, especially 3D.
@yourneighborhoodcomicgeek: The first one is finished video. I think 3D animation is a little easier, though.
@street_level_hero: Thank you.

You should add some shading to the characters and environment. It makes things look a lot livelier. Other than that everything is great!
@jugjugbanks: Bakshi's work is awesome.
@frozen@lvenger@i_like_swords Hey look who's back. I have seen you guys talk about him a LOT, so i thought I should tag you guys.
^_^
I dig the organic vibe of your toning, , muh man. I assume you and I - as well as loving the Bakshi babe such as in Wizards and Hey Good Lookin', also love the Frazetta Girl and groove on bringing her to animated life?
@claymore1998: Wells, I haven't talked about him much, but I know he's a cool guy :P The animations are sick, especially for the time frame they were produced in. I'd love to see what could happen in a month, few months, maybe longer.
Yeah they are pretty cool. I am fairly certain I heard you talking about Static alongside a lot of others in a certain PM. Hehe it seemed everyone has missing him when that happened.
@claymore1998: I'm usually in the shadows in PMs, observing quietly, learning about my new environment. Perhaps I asked too many questions... >.> <.<
@jugjugbanks: I've only seen Wizards, Lord of the Rings, Fire and Ice, and Cool World. I thought his animation style in those movies were pretty good. Fire and Ice is worth noting because that film was mostly rotoscoped.
Hey @static_shock cool vids. I got right into 3d Art a while ago when I saw a demo with a zombie being manipulated with these strange globes around its various bones. I downloaded blender right after that because it was free and tried teaching myself to 3d animate. As soon as they upgraded blender to standard industry controls I couldn't figure out how to use it anymore. This was the last thing I made.
I'd really like to do a digital animation course one day, too. It was pretty fun. Good luck getting your career going too.
