Decoy Elite. While I'll admit wildcats25 has a much better drawing, I love Decoy's design enough to give it my vote.

Even with the messed up swastika, I'm voting Decoy Elite. He captured the only thing that makes Red Skull a cool villain - the red skull - and made it a Green Lantern.

Wildcats25's is a great drawing, but it looks like less an amalgam than a costume redesign.
