Payno I like your character. I also like how you incorperated the powers of both the original characters into this new character. I hope That we see some Female Amalgams.

The Bandit

She speeds along while pick-pocketing powers from other mutants and metas (in this case, Colossus and Beast Boy).

Inspired a bit by Adam Hughes and Ryan Sook's technique.

Heres my entry, her name is Impulse Control, to travel at super speed she must either be extremely emotional or absorb intense emotions from those around her. This can greatly alter her personality gaining her the reputation as the "bipolar-speedstar"

REBEL

Rebel is a teenage metamutant who can run at super-speeds. Every now and then she needs to "recharge" by absorbing other peoples energy. She is a partner of the hero Speedfreak (Wolverine/The Flash) and a member of the S-Men (X-Men/Speedsters). She has fought such villains as Mister Magnet (Captain Cold/Magneto), Mirror Mastermind (Mastermind/Mirror Master), Rat (Toad/Pied Piper), Flamester (Trickster/Pyro), and Ape (Blob/Gorilla Grodd)
