Good to be back! I have a few pieces that I have recently completed that I have just realised I never posted on ComicVine, I hope you like them :)

I'm still learning Photoshop, I've only really been doing it on and off over 5 months, so if you have any useful websites on this kind of thing feel free to post.

Also, I have a smallish facebook page that I want to grow. If you could just click that 'like' button it would make my day :) http://www.facebook.com/AdamMartinArt

I'll add more soon if you guys like it :)

@battle_forum_junkie: Thanks dude, I've only just started out, so I'm glad I'm improving. My first attempts look pretty awful now lol :)

That Wolverine one looks really good. I definitely would not mind seeing a What If? mini with that kind of a dark, gritty style that a good Wolverine story can play into so well.

The Spiderman one, which I like and hope you color it soon, gives off a manga style feel which is always a nice treat.

not bad man..

@world_breaker_elmo: I'm thinking on it, I may scan it again, it kind of misses out a lot of the detail I put in there :) Thanks for the comment, make sure you check out my facebook page if you want new stuff regularly :)

I love the messy, splatter look of the Captain America one. Good job!

@bennyq: I appreciate it :)

On the subject of Captain America, my latest piece...PLEASE take a moment to like the page because, at the moment, it isn't performing as well as it used to, and it means the world to me :) http://www.facebook.com/AdamMartinArt

@deranged_midget: You think so? Why thank you. I can only thank Joe Madureira for being such a huge inspiration. I can't think of another artist that has captured my imagination like him.

I'm looking to trying out more painterly styles, this will be for comic book stuff. Think a cross between Marko Djurdjevic and Joe Mad :)

@mad_wolverine: I like your take on Captain America and your Spider-Man is nicely done.

@mad_wolverine: I can definitely see the inspiration but I like that you make it your own! It's a fantastic style mate!

@deranged_midget: @decept_o: I appreciate the kind words :) I'm glad I have my own unique style, nothing worse than an unoriginal artist :P

Solid work, man, I can definitely see the Joe Mad influence, especially with your Ult Cap!

I'm getting a little desperate with my page at the moment, not getting the support I used to, which is a shame :( Anyway, here's one of my latest, hope you like :D

These are amazing! The face of Wolverine kind of reminds me of Leonidas (from 300) for some reason and that blade is just stunning!

#20 Posted by Mad_Wolverine (228 posts) - - Show Bio

@aiden_cross: THIS. IS. X-MEN XD Thanks :D Given me a little boost, struggling with creative block at the moment as it happens.

There is a Ghost Rider one in a similar style to the Blade piece on my page, if that at all interests you.

@mad_wolverine: :O of course it does! I love your art! And we all go through creative blocks, get out that sledge hammer ;)
