Abstract Joker Painting

I painted this joker piece, and though it may not looks super detailed or even hard to do, it is. I decided for this painting not to use any paint brushes. What I did is I cut a page from one of my batman comics that I didn't like and wasn't special, rolled it up into a straw and than I did what the cavemen did when they used to paint. I put the straw in my mouth and gently sucked a bit of paint through. Than I blew hard to get the spatter affects. After that to make the smile I just dipped it in paint and brushed across the canvas.

This is really good. And it shows just how iconic the Joker is that we can recognize him from just three shapes.

I would do this again, but I ended up creating such a mess, I'll go back to regular painting.
