    I personally hate the character.I believe he was almost killed by Bishop though.

    It is not an Upgrade, i believe it is there so that he regrow his skull, but i could be wrong, but with how forge is i could see him doing that

    He was attacked by Bishop when he went Rogue in Messiah Complex. Those are Forge's repairs/adjustments upon himself.
