    Acclaimed novelist Joe Meno (HAIRSTYLES OF THE DAMNED) comes to X-Men Unlimited for two amazing tales about The Beast! In the first story, the sudden resignation of the Xavier Institute’s guidance counselor forces The Beast to step in to fill her much larger than expected shoes, and the poor mutant doesn’t know what he’s in store for… In the second story, we head back to a point in time just after the Beast’s terrible transformation from a normal-looking scientist to a fur-covered creature. How did this transformation impact The Beast’s psyche… and how will his home town react when he returns?

    the mad scientist cover is only the beginning of the fun.  and for having 2 stories featuring the same character, they really are kinda varied. most issues are a little more varied. but i can think of very few characters id rather see get twice the exposure than Beast. there are times when the only time you see Hank are in his lab treating another team member, before we follow the treated member off to fight again. ive been enjoying the First Class issues that really flesh Hank out, before he se...
