    The story of X is one I was not well versed in when I read the most recent Dark Horse Presents reboot of the series, but those stories had me hooked. I read the first omnibus, and loved the dark brooding 90s feel to the book. That environment is carried over into the X books of today, and modernized, but not so much so that it looses its edge. This story picks up with a character Gamble, who was featured in the X omnibus vol. 1, a charismatic gun-for-hire that I immediately loved to hate. The la...
