     This issue features Zenna, gypsy mystic who can switch minds with people and who at the beginning of the issue has switched minds with Black Canary.   She informs Wonder Woman of the plans of a long since escaped Nazi scientist who has been continuing his experiments and creating mutants and missiles in the process.   This is a story of redemption for the Gypsy woman whose family has been tortured in the past by his experiments.    As usual it is nice to see Dinah and Diana together, but in thi...
