A depowered Wolverine goes out for a night patrol, running into a plainclothes Nova at his job a local fast food joint. (Wolverine is without powers due to the actions of High Evolutionary in Uncanny X-Men #379).
Wolverine sneaks into Reanimator's warehouse, but without his powers he's no match an the army of super robots. Luckily, Nova followed Logan, and speedily returns with the rest of the New Warriors in tow. As a team they make quick work of the Reanimator's robot army – he's unable to replenish them without his own mutant powers.
The New Warriors turn Reanimator over to the police while Wolverine wanders away into the night.
