No matter how much Thor beats on Drax, he always gets up. To top it off, Thor believes Drax's lack of intelligence to be an insult to him. Moondragon contacts Thor and tells him he is needed on the surface. But Thor, will finish his battle. He remembers that he will be the servant to no man or woman, and rejects the Goddess, breaking her grasp on him.Moondragon informs the Goddess of Thor's betrayal, but the Goddess is not worried. The rapture is minutes away.Drax and Thor continue to battle but they soon are stopped. They look over to see the sun going nova, consuming and destroying them both.
