    Super villain Ultra-Man appeared in the Eagle story - Avenger. Initially thought to be a robot, his true identity was revealed in his last battle with the British super hero Avenger. In their final battle, Avenger short-circuited Ultra-Man's suit causing him to fall into a swimming pool and get electrocuted.

    Ultra-Man was Professor Clive Rumpole, robotics genius, who created a powerful exo-skeleton, which he wore to commit his crimes.
