    Cover I saw this cover months ago. I was so excited because I loved Liz Allen’s story in Ultimate Spider-man and when I saw that she was going to be a main character in this series that made me like this series even more. Who knew I was going to have to wait more than half to year to read it. Story Liz Allen is living with her mother and half brother in Costa Verde, California.     Wow! What a wait... 0

    Who knew there would be a 7 month gap between issues 3 and 4 of this series? Well, I certainly didn't. Was it worth the wait? Well, kind of. A neat story and great, great Adams art (that was the hold-up I think, while he and his wife looked after their baby) make for a neat comic. The series is starting to take shape - I think it's too bad that there had to be such a dreadful setup story as Ultimatum to give us this new world order, but there you are. But Jeph Loeb is taking the opportunity now ...

    Totally not worth the wait 0

    I kept putting this off, because I hate the direction Jeph Loeb took things with the Ultimate mutants. The Ultimate universe as a whole got raked over the coals by Loeb, but that is another issue entirely. (Issue - see what I did there?) Story I don’t mind this style of introducing characters, spotlighting them in each issue. That’s great, it really helps to establish the person. However, the accompanying exposition text free-floating over the action felt off, as if I was following two separat...
