Spider's book has been released, granting him plenty of (unwanted) popularity. Frustrated and slightly maddened by the crowds of fans following him, Spider leads them to one of the worst parts of the City. Using the horror of the area, Spider tries to convince the watchers to vote the Beast out of office.
