    The Good: The action, while still not superb, is the best it's been on this title thus far by a long shot.Roy's inner monologuing is very powerful and well written. Having read Rise of Arsenal I think the grasp of his emotional state at this point is spot on, you can feel his intense moral struggles and overwhelming guilt. While I don't care for The Dominators too much, I do have to give Wallace points for originality as far as I know. They're an odd bunch but I don't think I've ever seen much q...

    Just as these "titans" round out their rescue of innocent children from Elijah's nefarious clutches, Roy Harper starts experiencing a resurgence in his addiction symptoms that could jeopardize everything he's won.  The Good Wallace has a serious sense of cadence and character. Harper's inner monologue reads like a confessional transcript because the beats of his addiction/withdrawal feel real without ever getting heavy-handed.      I would just like to say that the solicitation for this issue was completely misleading and untrue. Roy and Deathstroke didn’t have to team up together. Hell, they didn’t even spend most of this book in the same room together. Following the last issue, the Losers for Hire infiltrated the center of a drug lord named Elijah, who distributes a drug called Bliss… which is made from children.
