The Tick leads Arthur on night patrol. After hours of scouring the City, they hear an alarm at a very dangerous weapons factory. They see the Forehead and some goons stealing something. The Tick and Arthur try to thwart the crime but Forehead gets away. American Maid shows up and helps the two with the goons. They find an invitation to Chairface Chippendale's birthday party and decide to team up to take down the crime lord.

The heroes don catering outfits and sneak into the party. They are quickly caught and fed to alligators. As they escape, Chairface reveals that he is going to burn his name onto the face of the moon. The heroes are too late to stop the first three letters, but do take down Chairface and his goons. American Maid ends up respecting the Tick and Arthur.

Despite all this, the Tick remains in tact. As the second episode, this serves as a great way to build on the Tick's foundation of being immovabl...
