    The biweekly 4-parter "For No Better Reason, Part 2 of 4" by Gail Simone, Dan Jurgens and Andy Smith continues! The disastrous effects of the power outage continue to mount as the Legionnaires are stretched to their limits. And to make matters even worse, the group that set the whole thing in motion is out for Legion blood!

    The Legion try to do everything they can to contain the chaos caused by the the complete shut down of every mechanical device on Earth, including vehicles, artificial organs and the Legion flight rings.
