Eric hitches a ride in Ms. Marvel's purse and while watching her shower while in what he thinks is her apartment, he finds out that he's actually on board a S.H.I.E.L.D. Minicarrier 13. In a panic to escape he again hides in Ms. Marvel's purse and soon finds himself leaping into action with the Mighty Avengers. As he slips away from the action he stops The Black Fox from robbing a store only to steal the loot for himself. He hears a noise from under some rubble and discovers a girl trapped there. He saves her and finds himsef face to face with a group of people calling themselves the new Damage Control.
