    The Rogues are celebrating Captain Cold's newfound freedom, but Trickster sent a invitation (as a joke) to Wally West AKA the Flash! who took it seriously and arrives at the party. And, add in the lovable Chunk.

    In this issue Wally West is sent to an invitation to a party celebrating Captain Colds release from prison, by the Trickster. Problem being, is that the Trickster meant it as just a joke. Yet allys girlfriend was seeking some excitment, so he takes her to meet the Rogues.    Surprisingly enough, the Rogues are very nice to him. It is explained that they are not crazy, it isn't the cstume they did not like about the Flash so they did not want to start a fight and ruin the party. This is the issue...
