    While Chicago finds itself caught in the strangling grip of superhuman organized crime, new hope for the city arrives in the form of the mysterious Dragon, who simply appears one night, naked in the middle of a burning field. The only problem? The last thing Dragon wants is to be the Chicago's self-appointed savior.
