Origins
Once upon a time Dr. Sevarius, using DNA provided by Xanatos, created Thailog. The evil clone of Goliath, leader of the Manhattan Clan. Setting out to create the 'perfect gargoyle'/'son' Xanatos and Sevarius got more than they bargined for and Thailog struck out on his own.
Traveling the world with the money he'd gained from ransoming himself off to Xanatos and Sevarius he eventually arrived in Paris where he met Demona. Convincing her he loved her he set out to use her to gain the wealth of her greatest enemy, Macbeth, only to fail through the intervention of Goliath/Angela/Elisa Maza. Yet despite his plans and deception Demona remains with him long enough to try and form a new clan... the clones.
Creating through the harvesting of the Manhattan Clan's DNA the clones are for the most part simple-minded and slow witted, taught only to obey Thailog and have no thought of free will. Though Thailog attempts to destroy the Manhattan clan with their unthinking counterparts he fails when Demona, rightly upset by his clone replacement of her, turns against him.
Without Thailog to guide them the Clones are found to be more akin to children then the mindless warriors they where meant to be and are taken in by Mutates to live in the Labrynth.
Unfortunately Thailog, despite his apparent death atop a flame engulfed rollercoaster returns several times over seeking to reclaim his clones, seeing them as his property and slaves.
