Awaken By a nuclear power planted  (built nearby  him when he was encased in ice ) The Brute awakens and discovers 3 young men hiking ,he kills two and the third contacts the police.The police captures him by gas then he is taken to a judge ,so even though the young men where in his tomb the Father wants the Brute to be killed but Dr.Turner c onvinces the Judge to turn the Brute to her custody .Months pass and the Brute begin a warm friendship .The one evening Mr. Carlson   knocks out Dr.Turner and he releases The Brute hoping that the Brute would be blamed for the attack .Seeing Dr.Turner unconsciense the Brute attacks Mr.Carlson and kills him .Fleeing he becomes a fugiv
