    • Despite the cover promise of the Squadron Sinister, the team featured are actually the Squadron Supreme! The same mistake is made in a few issues time.
    • First George Perez Avengers and only his second book. his first was Astonishing Tales (Deathlok #25 (1974) 2-pages humor strip, Pérez' first published work for Marvel or anyone. his style hadn't gelled yet but by his next issue Perez was already getting a mastery of drawing.
    • Features the Hostess Fruit Pies ad, The Incredible Hulk And The Twins Of Evil!

    This issue is divided between two different story lines, which becomes a bit more weird when former romance comic star Patsy Walker shows up. As she is looking for Beast and he is looking to become an Avenger, much of this story is told through his eyes. Doing so makes it a bit more gripping as the personal outlook of the one character gives it a bit more weight.
