    City fall continues!THE GOODLeonardo was captured by the Shredder and his Foot clan and through dark magic made Leo think that he was originally a member of the Foot. So of course you know the Turtles got to deal with this.The writers (Kevin Eastman and company) did a good job with the story of this issue. Having Leo briefly fight his brothers in this issue was a good setup for what's to come. The issue never had pacing issues as this was more of a building issue, then a shock-and-awe issue. A g...

    I started following IDW's new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series with the "City Fall" arc, and I have got to say, I am very much enjoying this. TMNT is the first independent title I've picked up since the old Al Simmons Spawn days, and after TMNT I'm planning on looking into more of IDW's work. Writer Kevin Eastman knows each turtle's personality, but doesn't seem to pigeon-hole them into that niche. What I mean is, sure Raph is the angry one, and Mikey is the slacker, but they aren't ALWAY...

    Racing to save Leonardo, the Turtles are lured into a trap by Old Hob, but although they are ready to face the Shredder and the Foot, Splinter and his three disciples are unprepared to find Leonardo working with their enemies. City Fall takes a dark turn here as Leo gets to kick some serious Turtle butt. Only the timely arrival of Slash saves the Turtles from a grim fate. With the Foot overtaking the city and a brainwashed Leo now working alongside the Turtles' greatest enemy the deck is stacked...
