    The Battle for New Krypton! This is it! The storyline the SUPERMAN books have been building to since 2008 has arrived! Superman has never faced such a difficult challenge – how can he stop the two worlds he loves from destroying each other? General Zod has been waiting for another shot at Earth for years, and with 100,000 supermen on his side, it looks like it's his war to win! But on Earth, General Lane has an ace up his sleeve that will level the playing field quite nicely!

    Superman: War of the Supermen #1 - The Battle for New Krypton by timrothsays on May 06, 2010

    'War of the Supermen', part 1 is out this week. Written by James Robinson & Sterling Gates and the artwork by Jamal Igle issue 1 is pure action and awesomeness. Two years in the making and the last part of the history of New Krypton reads and looks absolutely fantastic. I am most impressed, you can even say touched (which is really weird for me), by those eight pages without words. Igle shows all the best for what he can as an artist. Still, I think the Olsen-Lane adventures seems a bit fade...
