    Solitude can be such a lonely place 0

    The reason I've always loved Superman is how he soldiers on in the face of whatever challenges him. In the last issue we saw Superman not only take on an alien entirely made from fire, but we saw him witness the destruction of the old Daily Planet building which held great symbolic meaning to him, and we saw him loose the woman he loved to another man. Superman #2 just adds to the challenges that Superman faces. As we've seen from other comics in the New 52 the world doesn't seem to be taking to...

    Superman Saves The Day 0

    Superman #1 was an interesting a fun ride that gave us the new things to Metropolis and Superman himself. Superman #2 continues to do that but gives him even more trouble to fight.  THE GOOD: I really like the art. Jesus Merino does a great job at capturing emotion and fight scene. The story is also very simple but has a lot of deep elements the come into play. I really like seeing Lois and Clark talking to each other.     Invisible Threat 0

    The Story: Superman faces a new threat that he can't see. My Thoughts:While Superman is and will remain one of my favorite characters, I wasn't exactly looking forward to this issue after the lackluster first issue. Perhaps it was my low expectations, but after finishing this issue, I was rather pleased. Things definitely picked up.
