    Better then the first issue 0

    Super-Villain Team-Up/MODOK's 11 #2 - Prevenge or by the_outsider on August 21, 2007

    It's hard to tell if this mini-series was ever suppose to be taken seriously. The first issue was ok, with the art greatly out shinning the story. MODOK's 11 is obviously a play on Ocean's 11, and gives you what info you need right off the bat: this is a heist story. The characters being brought together wasn't nearly as interesting as what happens in this issue. The problem was that these are all the bottom of the barrel when it comes to Super-Villains, and no one really cares what they were do...
