    Bastion is taking risks, using the unpredictable Leper Queen: by injecting mutants with a strain of the Legacy Virus, this causing them to lose control of their powers, and when the Leper Queen and her followers drop them in the middle of a Friends of Humanity rally... It isn't pretty.  X-Force is back to fighting its main target, but can they stop these attacks before mutants are viewed as too much of a threat?

    After last issues explosive ending, the team head out to find and kill the Leper Queen!  And with Surge, Hellion and Boom Boom being her latest captives, it's now personal!  But, is she going to fight them?  Or does the Leper Queen just want to die?
