    The High, a legendary hero from centuries ago, returns to Earth with a new super-human team and a lethal mission, the rebirth of humanity. Believing that the world's worst enemy is itself, the only thing between this supremely powerful being and his goal, is StormWatch, the United Nations' International intervention team. As StormWatch goes to battle with the fate of the world in the balance, they find themselves out powered, overmatched and in dire straits.
