    I'm really going to miss Miguel Sepulveda and his odd 'should-be-a-boring-design-but-actually-end-up-quite-compelling-most-of-the-time' Stormwatch covers. Scott Clark did some pretty nice covers for Grifter, but his first Stormwatch cover is atrocious. He uses white space in the entirely wrong way, balanced with a weird angle to make the whole image extremely awkward.     (No Spoilers)After a slow-paced last issue, Stormwatch is back and kicking this month. Milligan takes an odd premise but puts a spin on it that creates a truly threatening adversary for Stormwatch. Other than some problems with shifting in the inks for the art, we get a strong issue that leaves some great threads open for future stories.Who ever thought that Neanderthals would be threatening?
