    Miguel Sepulveda seems to have lost his touch for stunning covers that shouldn't be. This one is exactly as mediocre as the overall design would suggest. Nobody's balanced out very well, and there's only three members there despite plenty of room to fit the whole team.And Sepulveda's now off interior art, which is a shame since I felt he was a fantastic fit.     The Secret History of Stormwatch 0

    (No Spoilers)Milligan's second issue of his Stormwatch run takes a surprisingly slow turn. While we do get some interesting revelations about Stormwatch's past, I wasn't expecting a slow paced issue so soon in his run. Plus, as much as I liked Ignacio Calero's art during Paul Jenkins' short two-issue stint, I felt it wasn't as strong in this issue.We actually get a double-dose of Milligan's Stormwatch in the DCU this month.
