The future tyrant of Spawn (Simmons), Ipissimus, comes into the folds fighting his past self as well as the remaining WildC.A.T.s as they fall into killing some of their future selves to spare the suffering of Hell on Earth. Spawn is set back to the past with the very power source that lead him to the nightmare future he's witnessed. Returned to his timeline, Spawn is at a fated crossroads- does he continue his suffering a slave to Hell or does he take means to free himself at a cost of destroying the world?
