    He was seen running a racket in a place disguised as a 'social club', where teenagers were lured so they could partake in smoking, among other activities. He was soon defeated by the trio of heroes and never heard from again for years, he later resurfaced in a modern reprint of the PSA comic in the collection "The Amazing Spider-Man Fights Substance Abuse".

    Appearance:

    He wears a black costume, with a smoke cloud symbol with his initials "SS" for Smokescreen in the cloud, while on the cover the "SS" were side to side, in the actual pages of the comic, they almost appeared to be a swastika.
