Smiley Bone

Smiley Bone is the tallest of the three bones in the series. He is very optimistic, and not very bright. He plays the lute or a banjo, and is sometimes seen with a cigar butt in his mouth (that's what got Fone Bone into The Valley). Smiley dresses with a red vest and sometimes with a dark blue hat. He is sometimes serious and a bit frightened, like when he was trying to cross a bottomless pit. Smiley let in a rat creature, which he named it Bartleby. He is shown to care for Bartleby, as he is seen to pass out because he refused to eat and let Bartleby eat his rations, thus giving him not enough energy to move.
