Section Zero is a secret U.N. funded group who investigate paranormal and unexplained events. The team rescues a bug monster from an angry mob but it is soon revealed that the monster is actually human. The young boy named Thom had gotten a tattoo from a man in Chinatown and the tattoo causes him to change into the bug creature for 24 hours. The team is then called away to Australia where they find an unconscious alien.
Despite claims to the contrary this is not a mini series it was intended to be an ongoing series.
