    Unknown to Lt. Darling, superheroine Dart joins the Chicago police force. In New York, Dragon and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles defeat a mysterious magical gargoyle. A little boy discovers a dead couple in De Kalb, Illinois. Star fights Inferno and loses his hair.

    Contains Star short story by Erik Larsen (story), Rob Haynes (pencils), and Tony Harris (inks)

    Also, the flip of this book is Vanguard #0. The lead-in to the Vanguard Vol. 1 mini-series. Written by Gary Carlson, pencilled by Tomm Coker, and inked by Jim Sinclair.

    It’sDart’s first day at the Police Department. The good thing is, she is well liked. The Bad thing is Dragon isn’t there and there’s Trouble.Dragon is in New York. He is there to help find a Killer. Unfortunately, The TMNTs think he is the Killer!After they both find and take out the Killer, Dragon heads home.Elsewhere, Star is saving the City from Inferno.This was a Fun Volume to read!
