Rosemary Prower is the wife of Amadeus Prower and mother of Miles 'Tails' Prower. She has light brown bur and ice blue eyes and she is seen only to wear dresses other then her councilor uniform.
Rosemary lived with her husband in Mobotropolis and not long after the great war and soon became pregnant with her son, Tails. A few days before Robotnik's takeover. Rosemary's husband, Amadeus was roboticized trying to stop Robotinik's insane plans, at the very same time Rosemary went into labor and soon gave birth.
Rosemary later on, became a popular writer and along with her husband, came to see the house of Acorn failing to make progress and accomplish anything with the growing Eggman Empire and they compared them to the Knothole Freedom Fighters.
In recent issues, Rosemary has appeared as a councilor serving on the Council Of Acorn seen in Sonic the Hedgehog #191 - Metal and Mettle - Part 1: Invaders From Beyond and Sonic the Hedgehog #197 - Consequences
