    Robin pursues his old enemy, the General, to a foreign country ruled by a 12-year-old boy who has put the General in charge of his armies. The General sees this as the perfect opportunity to begin a global war.

    Robin broods over the death of Young El and questions whether he should continue being a vigilante.

    Ulysses the 12 year old general has now moved to the hostile nation Qurac and declares war on The Karoccan Emirates (whom have been in constant conflict with Qurac)
