Robin investigates a bizarre coincidence - two guys with exactly the same features involved in violent attacks in the same day. When he checks the police reports, he discovers that there are even more of these incidents, and when he runs the face through a criminal database, it matches Drury Walker, formerly Killer Moth and now Charaxes. He heads to the area where the homeless have been reporting a monster killing numerous people, and discovers something quite repulsive - Charaxes appears to be hatching a brood of mini Drury Walkers in an abandoned building. Nightwing is on his way to help him out, but before he can, Charaxes discovers Robin's presence...
