    Ravenshadow made a deal with the government.  If they can stop Critical Maas and retake Chicago, then they could be pardoned citizens.  Poet took the mission because it would give the other Specials chance to regain their normal lives.  But would they be able to defeat Critical Maas and her army of Specials? And who was this unexpected help they had heard about?
