    As Jason Todd struggles to regain his memory, will the Outlaws fate be decided by Ra's al Ghul? This series has been a bit hit or miss since Tynion took over. It's been interrupted twice by Villains' Month and Zero year which have really hurt it's momentum. The Good:I've enjoyed this arc despite the interruptions. I feel like it will read much better in trade format as well. We finally get some good art with this issue. The last few have been hit or miss for me. We also get to see a pretty cool...
