    Origin

    Phondari is a member of the Black Martians. She had violated the laws of her race and as punishment, she was to become the slave of her slave, Xen Brega. Rather than being a slave, she ran away with her brother Joktai. She commandeered the vessel Jeddessa's Revenge and gathered other pirates around herself, thus becoming a pirate queen.
