    Most famous for his role as Spencer "Spence" Olchin on the show King of Queens.  He is also a Stand-up comedian, actor and writer.
     
    As comics go his first writing job was in 2003 at DC Comics, where he wrote JLA: Welcome to the Working Week. He would also would write a little more from DC Comics, such as a short story for the Bizarro World (2005) anthology and a few introductions on some trade paperback like The Justice League of America "The Lighting Saga". In 2006 he would pen a short story in The Goon Noir #1.  In 2007 Oswalt would write a short story for Bart Simpson's Treehouse of Horror #13 and in 2010 being free from his full time work on King of Queens he would write a one-shot writing Serenity Float Out.
