This is a continuation of "Military Comics" (Quality) issue #43, none of the contents has changed, Quality editors simply felt that with the war over they needed to start to make a change in it’s direction.
Eventually series such as P.T. Boat, and Death Patrol would be dropped in favor of humor strips Will Bragg and Torchy.
Ironically this in one instance would mean the adding of a Military series, as Bill Ward’s Torchy had, before coming to Modern Comics, been first published in U.S. Army base newspapers throughout the war.
